Hiring & Training Bonus
By obtaining your Property/Casualty and Life/Health Licenses, you will receive a bonus upon completing the COUNTRY Agency Learning Program.
A bonus will be paid to insurance agents when earning corporately-supported professional designations.
World-Class Travel & Events
Each year, our insurance agents and agency managers who excel are invited to participate in special incentive programs. Recent trips took top producers to New York City, Ireland, Hawaii and Rome. Events include a nationwide sales convention and other regional activities where our insurance agents enjoy being recognized for their hard work.
Generous Benefit Options
For new insurance agents, we provide comprehensive health and dental coverage with low-pay premiums. Additional benefits include group life insurance and long term disability insurance. Our long-term agents can also receive retirement income based on sales productivity.
The compensation package we offer is unlike any other opportunity in the industry for three reasons.
Minimal Personal Investment
Licensing and exam fees are the only initial out-of-pocket expenses and can range from $300 to $500 depending on your state of residence. This includes your property / casualty and life / health state insurance licenses.
Competitive Base Salary
The base salary is offered for the first three to five years of employment.
Up to the first five years of employment you will only receive first-time commissions, as renewal commissions are replaced by your base salary. After the first three to five years, the renewal income you’ve worked hard to build is intended to be large enough to replace your salary and support the operations of your business.
