How our auto claims process works

When an auto claim is reported with COUNTRY Financial, a dedicated claim representative is assigned to the case, reaches out to guide through the inspection and appraisal options available, and works to help get the vehicle back on the road.

Step 1: Report your claim

File online or through the COUNTRY Financial mobile app by logging into your account, or call 866-COUNTRY (866-268-6879). Have your policy number, accident details, and vehicle information ready when you report.

Step 2: Claim assignment

Your claim is assigned to a COUNTRY Financial claim representative, who will call you by the end of the next business day to gather additional details and explain next steps.

Step 3: Inspection and appraisal

Your representative will arrange a vehicle inspection to assess the damage. COUNTRY Financial offers several convenient appraisal options. Your representative will explain which options are available for your situation.

Step 4: Resolution

Once the inspection is complete and coverage is confirmed, your claim moves toward repair or settlement. Your claim representative will walk you through the outcome and confirm when your claim is closed.

You can track your claim status at any time through your online account.
