To be a forum which brings our female insurance agents and financial representatives together to:

When you join COUNTRY, you have the option to choose a field mentor. Your mentor is there to support you as you build your business.
Be a mentor
Are you passionate about helping others? Support new female reps from the beginning of their career as one of our mentors. You’ll answer their questions, help them network, identify professional development opportunities, and more.
SHEHasIT workshops
We schedule bi-monthly calls led by a member of the SHEHasit board of directors. The goal? Enhancing your development. These calls have different topics designed to help you build and develop a solid book of business for career success.
Topics include:
- How do I cultivate long term relationships that foster referrals?
- The best way to manage your work-life balance
- How to creatively market to diverse or niche segments
- How to engage confidently with your clients
