Living Our Values

Creating a diverse and inclusive culture is a journey.

We value the talent, skills and perspectives of our employees and we work to fully integrate D&I into our everyday practices. Through continuous learning, training and talent development, we invest in our people to provide them support for success. Examples of our efforts include Resource Groups, Women In Networking and Military Support.

Resource Groups

Resource Groups are voluntary, employee-led groups united together based on shared identities, characteristics, life experiences, and beliefs. They serve as an enterprise-wide resource for all corporate employees and leaders, promote a diverse and inclusive workplace and provide programs aligned with our corporate mission, values and objectives.

Women in Networking

Through Women in Networking, female representatives come together to share ideas, learn, and assist one another in reaching goals, promoting education, mentoring, and developing leadership skills.

Military Support

We're proud of the men and women who have served and are serving our nation. Our Military Support Group provides moral and physical support for employees and their families in preparation for, during and upon return from active duty.

For current Guard/Reservists, they help employees and representatives navigate the support COUNTRY provides for you and your family.

Our Social Responsibility

Giving back to the communities we serve is important to us.

We have a long history of supporting groups, empowering families to do their best, and strengthening the neighborhoods in which we live and work. A big focus lies in our philanthropic effort of supporting nonprofits that offer financial security education programs. We also partner with community leaders, academic institutions, professional and civic organizations to stay connected to our growing and diverse client base.
