Here's how it works

1. File your claim

You can file a claim through your online accountour mobile app or by calling 866-COUNTRY (866-268-6879). 

2. Connect with your claim rep

A claim rep will reach out to explain what happens next, answer any questions you have and review your policy. Your claim rep is your main point of contact throughout the process and will help with anything you need. Your rep is also there to support you.

3. Review the damage

Your claim rep will set up an appointment to review the damage to your home. Our goal is to write an estimate and provide you with a check that day for an initial payment on your claim, so you can start to move forward.

4. Fix your home

If your damage requires a contractor, just give them your estimate and they can start the work. If they have questions, they can contact your claim rep directly, so you’re not stuck in the middle.
