2. Connect with your claim rep

A claim rep will reach out to explain your repair options, answer any questions you have and review your policy. Your claim rep is your main point of contact throughout the process and will help with anything you need. Your rep is also there to support you.

3. Repair the damage

Your claim is reviewed and arrangements will be made to inspect the damages to your vehicle or determine the damages. We have several convenient appraisal options and your claim representative will guide you through the process to help you get back on the road.
