Why is a car that I no longer own showing up on my accounts/policies list?

Vehicles you no longer own may continue to show up as part of your account even though it’s considered inactive if it shares an account number with active policies.

If you’d like to remove the old information, call 866-COUNTRY (866-268-6879) to request a new account number for the active policies and removal of the old account.

Once the new account number is issued, you’ll need to choose Add a Policy/Account to add the new account number to your online account.
