Your Role as a Financial Representative

Financial security is not achieved with insurance alone, and it's not achieved with financial services products (or investments) alone, either. To put it simply, financial security is a state of mind that clients can only achieve through the combination of both insurance and financial services. Our insurance products exist to provide financial protection for the “what if” losses, while financial services products build financial assets for the “what’s next” in life.
One big difference between COUNTRY Financial and other companies in the insurance and financial services industry is that we don't just sell products; we focus on providing comprehensive solutions for every single client's future financial security.
Our Financial Representatives have a passion for understanding clients’ needs and financial concerns. Clients want to know how they can protect their assets, secure the needs of their family, including care for the elderly, plan for the future by saving money for their children’s college education, as well as secure their retirement and savings.

As a financial representative, I love all of the opportunities I have to meet new people each and every day. What I love most about my career path with COUNTRY Financial is all of the freedoms it provides me with in life. Because of my position as a Financial Rep I am able to spend time coaching my children’s sports teams, I can help members of my community, and there is the opportunity for an unlimited income. But what I love most about this job is I control my own destiny.
I began in the education field and I started looking for a great career. While I was doing my career search I met with my COUNTRY Financial Representative and I asked if they were hiring, he said yes! COUNTRY Financial is a great company. It seems that COUNTRY Financial was always a part of my community when I was growing up, they were always sponsoring events. A career with COUNTRY Financial has also allowed me to go on plenty of great trips, and experience lots of fantastic opportunities.
I love the fact that I get to help people from all walks of life. I believe that in order to work with clients you have to get to know them so I often get to share their dreams. It is really satisfying watching people grow more confident about reaching goals in many areas of their life because they feel financially secure. I also love that COUNTRY Financial is large enough and skilled enough to be competitive but we still remember that individual relationships matter.
