Intro to Business Owners Insurance
Business owners insurance coverage from COUNTRY Financial® provides protection for your buildings, business personal property, liability risks, and specific business risks.
Our business owners policy offers a wide range of coverages and options, depending on the type of business you have. We can help you put together a plan that makes the most sense for your situation.
Buildings and Business Property
Our business owners policy provides coverage for loss or damage to your buildings and business personal property. Examples of what our policy protects against: fire or lightning, windstorm or hail, explosion or smoke, damage from vehicles, theft or vandalism, sprinkler leakage, and collapse.
Including exterior glass, maintenance equipment, outdoor fixtures and landlord’s furniture.
Business Personal Property
Includes business personal property you own, personal property of others while in your possession and computer hardware (for mechanical breakdown, power surge and power failure).
You can also choose from the following claim settlement types:
Actual Cash Value
Coverage for the current value of your buildings (replacement cost minus depreciation for age and wear). The newer your buildings, the more coverage you’ll have.
Coverage for the cost to replace your damaged or destroyed building at today’s prices, subject to the limits on your policy. Your business personal property will be insured on a replacement cost basis.
