BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – J.D. Power recently named COUNTRY Financial® as the national leader in the J.D. Power 2020 U.S. Home Insurance StudySM. The insurance and financial provider, with offices in 19 states, topped all other homeowners insurers in client satisfaction in the study.
“We are humbled by the results of the J.D. Power study because it’s a testament to the work we have done to create a great experience for our clients,” said COUNTRY Financial Chief Experience Officer Andrea Thorpe. “And it doesn’t stop here; we continue to look for ways to improve our client experience, protecting what matters most to them and helping them plan for their future.”
The U.S. Home Insurance Study surveyed more than 8,700 clients on five factors of overall client satisfaction: interaction, policy offerings, price, billing processes and policy information, and claims. The study found the top drivers that influence a client’s decision to renew their homeowner’s insurance with an existing provider are good client experience, reputation and convenience.
“Client satisfaction has never been more important than in 2020,” said Jim Jacobs, chief executive officer for COUNTRY Financial. “With major events this year like the Western wildfires, Midwest Derecho, and hurricanes across the South, we understand how important it is to provide the value and client experience that our clients have come to expect from COUNTRY.”
