If you head south down the I-5 from Portland, Oregon for about an hour, you will discover a little  haven, tucked between the mountains and the coast, called Lebanon, “the city that friendliness built.” The residents of this small town live up to that motto in every way and COUNTRY Financial representative, Michelle Morford, is a perfect example of how they do that.

Community first, business second

What is a community? For Michelle, it’s a place where people “look out for each other, take care of each other, and help each other succeed.” When Lebanon Downtown Farmers Market needed a leader, Michelle jumped at the opportunity.

Today, this event is a standout in the area. People come from all over to support local businesses, buy from local farmers, and just have fun. For Michelle, it’s her lifeblood. Lebanon isn’t just where she built a business, it’s where she built her home. Find out how.
