Prior to joining COUNTRY, Will worked as a reporter, anchor, assignment editor and web content manager at WMBD-TV/CentralIllinoisProud.com in Peoria-Bloomington, Illinois. He's also a 17-time national finalist for ISU’s speech & debate team, which he won back-to-back national championships in 1999 and 2000.
