Better together

Our communities need our support now more than ever. Let’s rally together and make an impact.

Operation Helping Heroes

We are surrounded by local heroes who work tirelessly to keep us healthy and safe. Last year, our reps donated more than $600,000 to first responders in their communities as part of our Operation Helping Heroes effort.

To show our support for those giving their all when we need them most, we pledge to triple our donation to take care of those who take care of us. In 2020, our reps are investing $3 million across our local communities to first responders, military service members, and medical professionals.

Financial Education

Educating young people about money is important for their financial future – especially when faced with unexpected financial challenges. That’s why, for decades, we’ve partnered with Financial Beginnings to provide financial education materials to you and your communities.

Our free materials include workbooks and activities for grades K-12 and career planning and debt management for young adults.

A Culture of Giving Back

Our reps and employees are passionate about serving the communities we live and work in. Through programs like our Employee Giving Match Program and Volunteer Time Off, we’re encouraged to give back to non-profits we’re personally passionate about

For instance, at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, we worked with team members in each of our corporate office locations to ensure dollars were benefiting those who needed it most. Recipients included Atlanta Community and Midwest Food Banks, and the Boys and Girls Clubs in Bloomington-Normal, IL; Salem, OR; and Twin Cities, MN.

Although social distancing has altered the way we volunteer right now, we’re committed to do our part to keep our communities thriving – before, during and after COVID-19.
