Life Insurance for Women

You want to protect the people you love. We're here to help.

If someone depends on you, chances are you need life insurance. Whether you’re married or a single parent, earn an income or are a stay-at-home mom, life insurance can help prepare for life’s uncertainties and protect your family.

How Life Insurance Can Benefit Your Family

The death benefit of a life insurance policy can be used for things like:

Funeral costs

The money can help cover funeral expenses and associated costs.

Helping your partner cope

During a difficult time, it can provide your partner financial support to do things like pay for child care or take time off work.

The everyday things

It can replace your income to help your family with the mortgage and other day-to-day expenses.

Your children's future

Life insurance proceeds could be used to pay for a child’s college education or other major expenses in your child’s life.

Is it Right for My Family?

Women have unique life insurance needs and we can help. What kind of life insurance and how much you need will depend on your personal situation.

What are my options?

Term Life

Term life provides the highest death benefit for the lowest cost. You pay for insurance coverage for a certain length of time (10,20 or 30 years), and coverage and premium payments stop at the end of the term period.

Whole Life

Whole life insurance provides permanent coverage for the rest of your life, as long as your premiums are paid. Over time, you build cash value in the policy in addition to the death benefit. You can pay the same premium amount for life, or you can choose to have a paid-up policy in 10 years, 20 years, at age 65 or even in one lump sum.

Universal Life

Permanent coverage with more flexibility.

Like whole life, universal life provides permanent insurance coverage for life – and you can build cash value over time, in addition to the death benefit.  The biggest differences are that universal life allows you to adjust your coverage amount, and you can change the amount and frequency of premium payments.
