How is a financial representative’s performance measured?

At COUNTRY Financial, we want each and every financial representative to experience long term success and prosperity. Initially, as an employee financial representative, performance is measured through periodic reviews of sales activity and sales production through our benchmark program. Meeting or exceeding the requirements and expectations of this program puts representatives on the path to long term success. All financial representatives are provided the opportunity to earn incentives and rewards through corporately sponsored contests and incentive programs (trips, etc.). Financial representative performance is measured against his/her peers in the interest of healthy competition designed to mutually benefit both the financial representative and COUNTRY Financial. Finally, each COUNTRY Financial representative can rely on his/her management team to provide regular feedback on performance to help the financial representative plan the activities necessary for the representative to build strong and long-lasting client relationships.
