COUNTRY Financial Auto Refund
You’re doing your part to fight COVID-19 by staying home. That means, fewer accidents and lower claims costs. So, we’re giving you a 15% refund for two months of auto insurance premium. There’s nothing you need to do! Pending regulatory approval, we plan to start mailing checks in May. Here are some FAQs.
In addition to your refund, you can also take advantage of extended payment deadlines to prevent cancellations, late fees, and non-renewals. Please call 1-866-COUNTRY for assistance and for help pausing your automatic payments. As of right now, you can extend your due date to June 1.
Stay connected online
We recommend setting up your COUNTRY Financial® account online or through our mobile app, if you haven’t already done so. Through your account, you can manage your payments, submit a claim, contact your representative directly, and much more.
When paying your bill
We’re continuing to follow social distancing recommendations. Our contact center employees are answering calls remotely, but managing paper checks requires us to be in the office. Please consider making payments online, through our mobile app, or by calling 1-866-COUNTRY, if possible. Paper checks will be processed as soon as possible.
