Our representatives live in the communities we serve and are standing by, ready to help. If COVID-19 doesn’t allow for in-person meetings, we’re well-equipped to help you over the phone, or virtually through email or video conference.
Depending on your state’s emergency orders and guidelines, you may be eligible for extended payment deadlines to prevent cancellations, late fees, and non-renewals. Please call your representative or 866-COUNTRY for assistance.
Stay connected online
We recommend setting up your COUNTRY Financial® account online or through our mobile app, if you haven’t already done so. Through your account, you can manage your payments, submit a claim, contact your representative directly, and much more.
When paying your bill
We’re continuing to follow social distancing recommendations. Our contact center employees are answering calls remotely, but managing paper checks requires us to be in the office. Please consider making payments online, through our mobile app, or by calling 1-866-COUNTRY, if possible. Paper checks will be processed as soon as possible.
