Kelvin Schill

Senior Vice President of Property/Casualty 

Kelvin Schill became Senior Vice President of Property/Casualty on January 1, 2023. In his position, Schill is responsible for profitably growing the Property/Casualty business by developing innovative products, processes and strategies to protect what is important to clients.

Prior to this role, Schill served as Senior Vice President, Financial Services since October 2014, and before that served as the chief actuary of COUNTRY Life Insurance Company and COUNTRY Investors Life Assurance Company.

Schill joined COUNTRY in May 2012 as Vice President of Financial Products. He previously worked with General Electric’s direct insurance business, where he held various positions, including Valuation Actuary, Quality Leader, Risk Leader and Business Leader. Before joining General Electric, he worked as a Consulting Actuary with Ernst & Young LLP.

Schill earned bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and biblical studies from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois, and a master’s degree in divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, Illinois. Schill pursued his actuarial designation under the Society of Actuaries. He’s a Fellow, Society of Actuaries, Member, American Academy of Actuaries, and a Certified Financial Planner.
