COUNTRY Financial ranks highest in the homeowners insurance segment of the J.D. Power 2020 U.S. Home Insurance StudySM, identifying client interaction and claims experience as highest scoring factors
BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – J.D. Power recently named COUNTRY Financial® as the national leader in the J.D. Power 2020 U.S. Home Insurance StudySM. The insurance and financial provider, with offices in 19 states, topped all other homeowners insurers in client satisfaction in the study.

The U.S. Home Insurance Study surveyed more than 8,700 clients on five factors of overall client satisfaction: interaction, policy offerings, price,
billing processes and policy information, and claims. The study found the top drivers that influence a client’s decision to renew their homeowner’s insurance with an existing provider are good client experience, reputation and convenience.
