Compensation and Housing Assistance
You earn competitive pay and enjoy paid holidays just like our full-time employees. Eligible interns also have the option to utilize the COUNTRY housing assistance program and receive a stipend for the rent expense.

Our Marketing team bleeds green as they work to build and maintain the COUNTRY Financial brand. They support our customer experience through traditional, digital, and social channels. Our interns are given the opportunity to see the many sides of Marketing such as Advertising, Events and Programs, Planning, and Campaigns.
With individual training for all product lines, our underwriters work with a competitive edge in the insurance industry. Interns work directly with client policies and walk in the shoes of a personal lines or commercial underwriter. We also offer an opportunity for a rotational internship in our Agribusiness, Farm, and Crop Underwriting teams.
