My Bio and Team
As an agency manager, my job is to help people start and grow their own financial services businesses. Above all - I'm a coach. I guide my financial representatives to success throughout their initial training, during on-going development, and long into their careers.
During training, I meet at least once a week with each financial representative. The COUNTRY Agency Learning Program is intense, but if you follow the program you will acquire the tools and skills you need to be successful. You will receive support from me and my staff, as well as from the team of experts at the home office. As your Agency Manager and coach, I succeed when you succeed.
