The Customer Service Center provides many services to
our agents and customers, but all with the same goal:
to provide callers with world-class service, every time
they call.
While agents remain our customers' primary contact,
there are times when agents just aren't available. The
Customer Service Center was formed with this agency
partnership in mind, to provide service when agents
and customers need us most, and with the help they need
not
just a message service.
Twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year, callers can
always reach a real person at COUNTRY®. And although
we may need to call some customers back, 99 percent
of callers won't have to call us more than once.
