Carl Bridges

Senior Vice President & Chief Risk Officer

Carl Bridges became Senior Vice President & Chief Risk Officer on January 1, 2023.

He previously served as Vice President of Administrative Services since July 2020. Prior to that, he served as Director of Enterprise Procurement.

Bridges joined COUNTRY as Manager Enterprise Procurement (formerly the Vendor Management Office) in July 2014.

Bridges is Chairman of the Board for Four Seasons Health Club.

He has served on the IAA Credit Union Board of Directors and Asset Liability Management Committee. He also served as the Chairperson for the COUNTRY/IAA Multicultural Resource Group.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Viterbo University, La Crosse, Wisconsin. Bridges is a graduate of several professional and leadership programs, including the Management Leaders for Tomorrow career advancement program and Denali Academy Sourcing and Supplier management program.
