Our Selection Process
When selecting new additions to my team, I take the time to introduce myself, the company and the career. Most importantly, I take the time to get to know you.
I depend on my team of financial representatives as much as they depend on me. Their success is my success. For that reason, I also take the time to recruit and select the best of the best for my agency. It is important that my hiring decisions are right for the both of us.
Here is a look at the selection process:
You’ll complete an online application, learn more about the opportunity, and be interviewed by an agency manager or agency career consultant.
Assuming mutual interest – you’ll take an on-line assessment and authorize us to complete a credit check and run a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
More interviews – with the hiring agency manager and others.
You’ll be given job simulation assignments designed to let you experience the types of activities that are directly related to career success.
Contracting and Administration
In most cases you’ll be expected to obtain your insurance and securities (Series 6 & 63) licenses prior to being offered a contract. We help with study plans and materials.
We will work together to complete the necessary paperwork and you will authorize us to run a full criminal background check.
