COUNTRY Life earned membership in the Insurance Marketplace Standards Association (IMSA) 10 years ago. COUNTRY Life recently gained IMSA recertification through December 2010.
IMSA is a voluntary membership organization leading the insurance industry in promoting high ethical standards in the sale of individual life insurance, long term care insurance and annuity products. To gain membership, companies must meet standards to prove they have policies and procedures which commit them to treating customers fairly, honestly and with integrity in advertising, sales and service for individual life insurance and annuity products.
