Application Process

Pre-qualification

• You’ll review this website and watch our Career Presentation  to learn more about the career.
• If you haven't been in touch with an Agency Manager or Agency Career Consultant yet, you'll contact Agency Recruiting email or telephone and express your interest: countryrecruiter@countryfinancial.com or (877) 879-2490.
• You’ll visit with an Agency Manager or Agency Career Consultant to learn a little about COUNTRY and the opportunity.  At the same time we’ll be forming our first impression of you.

Screening

• You'll complete an online application and upload your resume.
• Assuming mutual interest – you’ll take an online assessment and authorize us to complete a credit check and run a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• After successfully passing the screening step, you’ll be interviewed by an Agency Manager or Agency Career Consultant.

Selection

• You’ll be given job simulation assignments designed to let you experience the types of activities that will be required to become a successful COUNTRY Financial representative.
• Your final interview with the Agency Manager will focus on the assignments and your ability to successfully start and build your own financial services business.
• The final step is an interview with the District Director.

Contracting and Administration

• The details of this step vary by state. In most cases you will be expected to obtain your insurance and / or securities (Series 6 & 63) licenses prior to being offered an COUNTRY Employee Financial Representative Agreement.
• We will work together to complete the necessary contracting paperwork and establish your start date. 
• You will authorize us to run a complete criminal background check.
