  1. What is my financial representative's phone number and hours?

    To find your financial representative’s information, you can login to My COUNTRY or use the representative locator to find their website.


  2. My financial representative left. When will I get a new one?

    If you don't have a financial representative, we are working hard to get you one. Until we get you a new representative, call 1-866-COUNTRY (1-866-268-6879) to talk to our Customer Service Center.


  3. Why did my premium go up? Why is my premium notice so high?

    Premiums can increase for many reasons including:

    • Statewide rate revision
    • Automatic inflation increase
    • Removal of a discount
    • Recent policy change
    • Payment plan change or
    • A missed payment

    Please contact your financial representative for more specific information regarding your premium.


  4. How do I get my proof of insurance?

    The best way to get your proof of insurance or insurance card is to login to My COUNTRY. If you need a copy of your declaration or certificate of insurance, call the Customer Service Center at 1-866-COUNTRY (1-866-268-6879).


  5. How do I cancel my policy?

    Contact your financial representative to cancel your policy. There is no charge to terminate your policy. However, based on the date you cancel the policy, you may receive a partial pro-rated refund based on any unused premium.


  6. Does my auto coverage extend to Mexico, Canada, etc.?

    Your auto insurance coverage extends to Canada and any U.S. Territory.

    United States territories include:

    • American Samoa
    • Baker
    • Guam
    • Howland
    • Jarvis Islands (Johnston Atol, Kingman Reef, Navassa Island, Palmyra Island)
    • Midway
    • Northern Mariana Islands
    • Puerto Rico
    • Virgin Islands
    • Wake Island
